The year 2017 at BURN-IN is all about intuition & emotion. In 12 exhibitions, the contemporary gallery highlights a wide variety of facets in private and corporate contexts. Intuition as part of creativity, as a source of imagination. As an innovation driver and autopilot in manifold decision-making processes. Stimulus overload virtually demands simplification to a few key stimuli & codes so that the autopilot, which relies on the unconscious and emotional, works.
In the field of Systemic Leadership, intuition is seen as an essential characteristic for qualified management. Only when a manager is in good contact with himself as well as with the employees and at the same time can sense the needs of the market, he will be successful. Intuition (or one of its aspects) is seen as a synonym for emotional intelligence.
BURN-IN CULTURE COORDINATES
But how can companies best manage these soft skills and increase the value of the organization?
The comparison with autonomous, self-driving cars suggests itself. Hardware and software will work together perfectly in a few years and enable comfortable travel. BURN-IN has developed with the culture coordinates an analog system that supports, accompanies and navigates companies on the cultural journey. The BURN-IN BUSINESS-CIRCLE II convinced with further, interesting results and showed the connection and interactions between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), corporate culture, brand, innovation, creativity, emotion, intuition and authenticity.
CORPORATE PERFORMANCE
In2017, BURN-IN plans to publish a BOOK on the topic "Visionary BURN-IN Culture Coordinates for Profitable Corporate Performance", an impulse-giving work for sustainable "conductors".
The exhibition of erpe refers to these coordinates, landscape and corporeal, depending on whether you look at the works of the body landscapes horizontally or vertically. The round dance of reduced figures leads from Adam and Eva over the Bodiescapes, the Whites and the Man of Note to the Conductor, which leads into the new year of exhibition.
"erpe goes one step further as an artist. Even if her compositions do not correspond to any prefabricated concept, she makes the viewer a formally worked-through offer, sometimes on the basis of entire series, to continue her artistic work and to complete it with her own ideas in each case. To the extent that these ideas correspond to different experiences, the works as an expression of a communication between the producer erpe and the recipients - become unique and distinctive in ever new ways.
